perfect location helpful staff tasty breakfast

I appreciate the hotel's perfect location near the tram station. It made exploring very easy. The staff WAS cute and helpful with directions and local tips. Breakfast offered tasty options. The chef prepared great eggs each morning.

The room was slightly smaller than i expected, but I managed fine for my short stay.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the tram station, providing easy access to many popular attractions. Gulhane Park is across the street. Its proximity offered a nice green space for a relaxing walk. This location is ideal for sightseeing.

The location is superb, right next to the tram station. It was convenient. the reception staff, especially ata, were helpful and friendly. i found the breakfast amazing. I particularly enjoyed the chef special.

really good location easy exploring clean room

The location was really good. the proximity to the tram station made exploring so easy. the room was very clean with all the necessary amenities. yahya, at the reception, was especially helpful. His guidance enhanced our visit so much.

The elevator was quite small and often crowded. This caused some delays.

the hotel has a restaurant which serves delicious food, i was very happy. there is also a concierge service, it provided helpful information and arranged transportation. the availability of luggage storage was also convenient, really helped us a lot!!!

i found the location convenient for exploring. the tram stop is directly across from the hotel entrance and i was able to easily reach many key attractions. the staff were consistently helpful. they provided useful directions and assistance with local information. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival.

the elevator was quite small and sometimes felt too warm.
